No Return & No Exchange Policy
All Sales are final and no refund will be issued. At www.humicure.in we stand by a NO RETURN POLICY as per the Government Regulations and Standards of the Product.
We Sell a Product that is not re-sealable once opened that makes it a non-returnable product.
Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled only if has not been shipped yet. Buyer need to send us an email on support@humicure.in with specific reasons for the cancellation or call us on +91 98182 58858 (Mon – Sat: 10 am to 6 PM), and we will help you in cancelling the order.
Once buyer have made request the cancellation of item(s) in your placed order, it will take us a maximum of 2 business days to process the order cancellation request. Notification for the same will be shared via email.
Once the cancellation request is duly processed by us, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 2-3 business days.
In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
Case 1: In case of Prepaid order, where the shipment is out of warehouse in mid of delivery, cancellation request cannot be processed.
Case 2: In Case of Cash-on-Delivery order, where the shipment is out of warehouse in mid of delivery, cancellation request cannot be processed, but the buyer can refuse the delivery with minimum/ small charges.
Note: Any single product in the kit/set cannot be Cancelled, replaced or returned.
